A newbie for juice fasting

I watched a movie on this and I was hooked by the end. Some people say it is hard and time consuming for our busy life's. We will see how far I get. Wants to start it soon. As soon as I get a juicier.want to make it for about a week and maybe longer. I will keep u all posted.
