8 oz aloe vera juice
2-3 oz coconut juice
2 tbsp EFA, pumpkin or similar oil
2 tbsp cinnamon powder
1 pack stevia
scoop green powder
scoop protein powder 18 grams (low carb and sugar)
1/2-1 inch fresh ginger (peeled and sliced thin)
1 cup total frozen berries, 1/4 banana, mango
in blender, mix well add crushed ice
ENJOY!
I have made this almost every morning for the past 4.5 years and it gives me great energy and helps support my diabetes. :-)
